“Invalid theme” or missing style.css

Upload saemart-v1.0.zip through Appearance → Themes, not the Plugin installer. The ZIP must contain a saemart folder with style.css.

Products/Cart/Checkout are missing

Make sure WooCommerce is active and its pages are assigned. Save Settings → Permalinks once.

Homepage sections are empty

WooCommerce sections only render when matching products exist. Flash Sale needs sale products; digital products need Virtual/Downloadable; Brands needs product tags.

WhatsApp chat is disabled

Enter the WhatsApp number in international digits without a plus sign, for example 628123456789.

Wishlist looks inconsistent

Verify user/login/session behavior and make sure full-page cache is not serving personalized state to every visitor.

Layout breaks after optimization

Temporarily disable JS minify/combine/delay, clear caches, then re-enable settings one by one. Test the hero slider, mobile menu/search, variations, wishlist, Buy Now, and sticky actions.

Demo import times out

Make sure the compatible Demo Importer is active, PHP memory is sufficient, and admin/AJAX requests are not blocked by a firewall. Imports already use small batches to reduce timeout risk.
